TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I am fostering a small child and my elderly neighbor purchased a toddler bed for her. It was missing the hardware I tried calling but no one ever answers their phone After several voice messages I received a text telling me to email them I emailed them and they told me to have my neighbor contact them and provide a receipt.
