TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I am fostering a small child and my elderly neighbor purchased a toddler bed for her. It was missing the hardware I tried calling but no one ever answers their phone After several voice messages I received a text telling me to email them I emailed them and they told me to have my neighbor contact them and provide a receipt. Good customer service good quality with reasonable price！
DO NOT PURCHASE! Purchased a toddler bed went to put it together and it was missing both E pieces and they aren't willing to help at all. I will never purchase anything from Lennox furniture and I will be happy to tell everyone about this. Thanks for horrible customer service.
