Very unprofessional credit union. I sent them my new insurance and they “didn’t see” the second vehicle on my policy, after sending it to them 4 different times over the course of 2 months, which they replied with “must not have gotten to it”. They proceeded to add $9,000 to my loan for their own insurance. Carl (the general manager) then told me not to pay it until they retracted the $9,000 addition to my loan, and promised it would NOT affect my credit.
