Very unprofessional, broken promises, terrible communication and no idea of how to treat a customer. If our complaint is not resolved it will be escalated to the solicitor’s regulatory body. I cannot advise anyone to use them at the moment. Used to be good but not today
Lennons Solicitors dealt with our recent property sale and were excellent from the get-go. Todd mainly dealt with our case and worked diligently, always demonstrating excellent communication, dealing with any queries we had in a timely manner and carrying out our property sale very efficiently. As a first time buyer I didn’t know where to start with solicitors, and also had heard some horror stories!
