Matt Chao is the best, he walked me and my partner through the process of buying a house and helped us figure out what we could afford, not just what we would qualify for. He answered all our questions (and found answers for the questions that fell outside his role as our mortgage broker) and was all-around encouraging. I give his contact info to anyone who says they’re looking into buying a home!

If it was not for Matt Chao, we would not have been able to purchase our home. From the beginning he was upfront, kind and honest. We approached him about buying two years prior to the purchase, he advised us that it would be better to focus on getting our debt to income ratio down. I've had an awesome experience working with Matt at LendTrue for a number of years. His knowledge of the resources available and the his professional experience has been worth every penny. I think you'd have a hard time finding anyone who provides the sense of trust you need for these types of decisions. The willingness of Matt to sensibly explain the options available is highly valuable to me and I'd advise anyone else to act similarly.
