The team at Lendplicity Mortgage did an outstanding job for me! Cord took the time to hold my hand throughout the process and explain every minute detail with me & Kayley made sure that all paperwork was in order. In regards to mortgage rates, they were able to match the big banks out there, but after it was all said and done, I decided to go with Lendplicity due to the "white glove" service I received. I cannot say enough about the fantastic service Cord and Kayley did for me on my recent refinance. They were incredibly responsive to every question and were with me every step of the way. I was in Seattle when the papers were signed and was sent a message late the day before that the notary was not available for 8am the next day. Cord was able to scramble to find a replacement. These guys are just the very best!
