Lacey and Kayla were amazing and their help was outstanding. They're friendly engaging and very very knowledgeable and helpful to process. They deserve a real shout out there
Kayla was very lovely and patient with me.
They need to train people properly before leaving them alone. My son cashed a check and was told to wait one week for the other half. Ok no problem until the next week when he was informed that she had processed it wrong and he had to wait an additional week. This was at the prairie view rd location.
