This was the worst experience ever I reached out to them because according to Credit Karma, I was in good standing for the loan after they received all my information I was the one to constantly reach out to them and to make a very long story short I called for the last time to find out from one of the employees to tell me that her supervisor said I wasn't approved and when I asked why they didn't give me an answer
Just called and spoke with a woman named Maddy, I’m not pleased with the interaction I had with her on the phone, as I’m trying to set up an appointment to discuss pulling a loan I was explaining to her the purpose of the loan was to satisfy debt and she responds in a very judgmental tone and says “so you’re trying to get a loan to cover poor credit” something along the lines of that in reality I have been working on my credit and it has improved a lot compared to how it was before.
