The local branch does not want to help people you get approved online and go in they give you the run around and don’t follow up and just say we can’t help ….. very poor business!

My experience with this company this far has been mainly positive. The only time I had a bad experience with them was when I missed a payment and they kept calling me, but I didn't answer the phone so I guess it's warranted. The interest rates are high, but they explain that to you in full detail by verbal communication and in my documents. I would say that something like this is for people with bad credit who is just trying to start over and reestablish themselves. I applied and got approved but was told I needed to have my car title in hand. I know two people that got loans that didn't have to use their car title. I'm disappointed in my experience, but wish anyone else good luck. They missed out on a good customer.
