Very easy Very responsive the staff Very for your needs a great experience
I spoke with a man on the phone who was very rude. Go to get off the phone with him and I hear him talkin bad very bad about me and my credit before we actually hung up. Is that the kind of work yall do behind the scenes?? Everybody have a different life story and You don't know where ppl come from or what they been thru. So to hear that loud and clear really screwed with me. I won't ever call again and would not recommend this place in Aiken OR the workers.
The aiken office staff have been amazing with me and my wife.the next time we are in the market for another vehicle and need financing we will definitely be going back to them..
I do not recommend this company to anyone based on my family's experience. For a few reasons. 1- They give everyone the same interest rate when buying a storage building from Anderson Building rather your credit rate is good or bad. 2- They waited until we paid the entire bill off then called me the next month and told me that I owe money for late payments for months ago! 3 - They are not on one accord!
