I stand by my 1 star review but want to add additional information. No one bothered to explain in simple terms that skipping a payment essentially means a re finance of an active loan. It extremely disrespectful to claim customer service appreciation, when this kind of deception occurs. Lendmark is clearly in the business of destroying a customer's credit, not helping build or re build credit. Worst decision I made choosing Lendmark financial services. Shame on you. Customer appreciation is not true.
