Does not help with debt consolidation will offer 5000 then a month later turn down that same 5000 for a debt consolidation loan. Shady people horrible rates.

Worst experience ever. Told I could skip a payment. They ran hard credit pull for a $150.00 payment then changed payment date as well as amount. Customer service is a joke. Then their app tells you you've made to many attempts every time I try to use it. I'd borrow money from a load shark first. They've screwed my credit rating twice in 1.5 years . Shifty company

1 star is too good for this business. I truly regret choosing Lendmark for a loan. Customer service does not exist, once you sign on the dotted line. Omitting information is lying to the customer. Especially when staff knows what is going on. I give the Mt. Vernon WA office an F. As in failure to respect and value their customers.

Had a loan from these people and got refinanced somewhere else and my new financial institution are still waiting a year later for the title, just to find out they sent it to me personally instead of the new financial institution. What a headache of a place to deal with.
