Customer service is horrible. I made a complaint on the customer service lady that calls when you are late, because she made a promise to help me the following month on my payment if I made the current months payment. When she called the following month and I called her out on her promise she then got defensive saying she had to do what Lendmark said she could do. Thanks to lendmark on veterans parkway Columbus GA for doing a debt consolidation loan for me. Thanks to Mr. Cottle for all his help. I definitely recommend them.

I don't have any business with them, but I got a call this morning from a Pam asking for a family member. When I tried to get more information, expressing concern, Pam was extremely nasty and rude to me. I have not used their services, but if I were to ever need them, I would find another provider based upon Pam's lack of professionalism alone.
