Staff is very friendly
Tammy & Carla are usually the poor souls that get stuck helping me. They are so friendly & down to earth. *UPDATE After dealing with them for almost 2 yrs, my opinion of 1 woman has changed. I believe her name is Mary and she has become my go to...granted, i talk to her each month to either have her deduct my pymt from acct or to move it to the end of the month. She is cheerful and polite. They wont work with anyone. Rude. Lie. Unbending and uncaring. Most unprofessional bunch of people i have ever had to deal with.
