I initially left this company a negative review after dealing with a rude, unprofessional employee who gave me incorrect information. However, after speaking with Lester Lopez, I received accurate guidance, was able to bring my account current, and can now file my claim through the insurance company. Subject: Loan and Coverage Advisory Read Before You Sign Anything I’m keeping this plain and simple: they’re going to try to upsell you with a bunch of “extras” tied to your loan. Don’t take any of them. None of those add-ons are beneficial I repeat, not beneficial. Here’s what happened on my end.
