If i could place zero stars i would worst company to do buissness with tried working with them for months after fixing my report theres always something else that they say no to i dont understand was given clear instuction on what i needed to do to get a loan and get it done just for them to say "thats not what i said"
I am requesting a civil law suit against Lendmark. After they decided to work with me. I continue making payments . They garnish my wages this location lancaster ohio. I just got a lawyer, anyone interested fighting this with me let know. Respond to this.
Would not recommend to anyone. Super high interest rates. Somehow they managed to make a mistake by telling me my loan was paid off. Then proceed to get a call the next month saying I still owe for my last payment. The guy admitted he remembers telling me I was paid off, but made a mistake and misinformed me because their system was messed up. Jeff in the office is RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. They perform fraud actions and refused to answer the CUSTOMERS questions regarding the CUSTOMERs account???? They can’t explain BASIC math. How do you pay. $230+ dollars per month for a year and your balance increases? Even with interest $1300 The balance would not remain more than the loan??? They can’t explain. They just hope you never keep track of your finances and forget you’ve paid them 4X what was originally borrowed. Can’t wait to get these lairs in from of a judge.
