Working with Balraj, Melanie, and team was phenomenal! They made my first time getting a mortgage so easy and answered all my new-timer questions without judgement. I would highly recommend using them and will absolutely use them in the future again.
Balraj and Melanie are the real deal! Really nice to finally see a financial services business with competent tools for uploading documents. The other big difference I observed was that Melanie checked in throughout the process including the day of funding and afterwards to make sure everything was moving ahead.
