The WORST company likely I have ever tried to deal with. Every agent you talk to tells you something different. Every time they say something is resolved, it is not. Every time they come up with a reason why their data doesn't match something someone else said a couple of days earlier, is a lie. STAY AWAY!

I never had a problem with them until now. Been with them for years. I tried to email them, and they refused to answer. I have emailed them 3 times in a week with no response. I tried calling them, and they were no help. I just got the run around. Frustrated doesn't even begin to describe how I feel.
Don't waste your time. Pulled my credit and approved my loan consolidations however something happened on their end and I was advised I had to withdraw and reapply to correct the issue. So they withdrew my app and I went to reapply a few days later and now the rates were almost 3% higher and they told me there was nothing they could do. I bit the bullet and said screw it and moved forward again only for them to now deny the exact same loan which was now lower in amount and said they couldn't approve it. STAY AWAY!
