I had an amazing experience with Sal Morabito and Luisa D’Angelo on my recent purchase of a beach condo directly across the street from Fort Lauderdale beach, the Palms and the Auberge! Not only did we get a clear to close a week before the closing date but I was approved for 95% financing which according to the residents in the building, this is unheard of for beach condos.
