Lending Deck is a fantastic company to work with. The expertise and willing to go the extra mile to help makes it that much easier to work with. They give great advice and always lead you in the right direction. I personally will always call them with any financial needs I have and if you haven't tried them yet, you are missing out on a great and valuable opportunity.
Obtaining funding from LendingDeck was a pleasant experience. I’m greatful for the partnership with funding my 2nd investment property. David and Ryan were extremely helpful and explained all of my insecurities.
I only use David for all my deals that require lending. He is very knowledgeable, extremely personable and my deals close with him. He gets it done and he’s a pretty funny guy too.
David from lending deck was very helpful in getting me a loan and stayed diligent with all the steps to help get it funded as soon as possible.
I spoke mostly with Robert who was great. Super professional and responsive. Always responded to my questions promptly. However, Brandon (the loan officer) was terrible. Out of the all of the times I called or emailed him, he responded maybe 50% of the time (and it was almost never the same business day).
