Could not be less satisfied if they hit me with a car. Incompetent loan processors couldn't keep the docs straight. Dragged the refi process on for months causing the rate to go up even though they assured us the lower rate was "locked in". Upped the closing costs at the end of the deal. Continuously complained about how "complicated" the transaction was. We just refinanced for house with Lending Bridge. I have to say this was the easiest and fastest refi we have ever experienced. Joseph the loan officer was our first contact. He helped make it possible and Albert, was the processor who we worked with closely. He cleared the way for all the paperwork we did not have to worry about, and kept us updated on the progress of our loan.
