Lisa was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and explained each step of the process clearly. She responded to all of our questions within minutes, even on the weekends. She facilitated a shorter than usual closing and everything went perfectly smoothly.
This was our second house purchase, both were for primary residence. Lisa was outstanding compared to our previous lender, and heavily contributed to make the whole experience more pleasant. She was very proactively communicating and taking initiatives to keep us informed during the process, while looking after us. While the rates and overall buying conditions could have been better, RWM offer stood out due to the communication, and additional benefits they provide compared to other lenders we were cross shopping with.
