If I could give this place 100 stars I would! I have heard of the good work Lending Link does but I cannot believe how good they are! Very unprofessional and even though you have an appointment there will still be a line of people - appointment or not waiting before you. It’s ridiculous. No respect for your time.
I have used Lending Link for the past three years to file my taxes, but unfortunately my experience today was very disappointing. During my appointment, the representative made a comment to me stating, “You don’t actually pay taxes, so you only get this amount back.” The way this was communicated felt dismissive and belittling.Regardless of refund amount, every client deserves to be treated with professionalism and respect.
