Don't go with Lending Heights, especially if your loan amount is on the lower end. I was unlucky enough to be assigned a person from this company who caused me great frustration and stress. He took unreasonable amounts of time to respond to my inquiries, and used strong language during our calls. We’ve been through the mortgage process before with a large bank, and it was hands down one of the most painful experiences we’ve ever had. The loan officer barely helped, constantly requested document after document, and left us doing all the communication between our agent, the closing company, and everyone else involved.
