I purchased a car and got a loan through them, i had the car for about 2 weeks and the car was transmission failed. Lenco informed me that they were going to sell the car and that if it wasn’t sold for the purchased price that I would have to pay the difference. After they sold my car I then asked to see the bill of sale and I was told that there wasn’t one to show me. Ever since then I’ve been fighting to pay off double the amount that I financed because I refused to make any payments without the bill of sale
Dealing with Lenco Finance at any branch is like making a deal with the devil, they are your best friend util you miss a payment. They lie, steal, and, trespass with no consequences for their actions. Kinda like the Mafia..
****** at the Gonzales branch of Lenco Finance is very unethical in his practices. He continues to call and make threatening messages. He called my wifes job and left an absolutely disgusting message with one of her work colleagues. Then understanding I was 30 days late he took it upon himself to file suit against my wife and I because he "wanted to let us know he wasnt to be played with".
This is a horrible company to get a loan from and I do not recommend at all!! When you fall on hard times they do not care, they are quick to file suit and threaten to garnish your checks. They are very harassing and have bad attitudes and very unprofessional with no communication!
This company has very harrising staff and called me a layer when I called to explain my situation and Anna was very rude. Just a fyi I don't have any reason to lie to you about anything.yiyr customer service skills are horrible.
I had dealings with Lenco finance back in February never was late on a payment I refinance the loan back in May due to me losing my job place of living my car etc. everything went down hill! So I refinance the loan I fell behind on the first payment due to me starting my new job late June . Lenco Finance is doing a hard inquiry credit check on me 2 times a year without my permission. Dates of credit inquiries: Jan. 13, 2021 May 9, 2020 Jan. 31, 2020 Apr. 2, 2019
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Long story short we owed $2,678 and I paid in full with a check and here were are 3 weeks later they are saying it has not cleared when I called my bank they said it has... well I called the other day and now they are saying it cleared and that they would call my husbands boss to stop garnishment and they STILL HAVENT stopped garnishment.... Plus they have been really rude!!!!
Afte missing 1 month payment due to losing everything I own in the resent flood they called me and threatened to garnish my wages.thoight maybe they would have a little human decency like every other person but no they extremely money hungry and do not care if they cut your throat to get their money.
