New ownership; name is Surrey's Cycles now. Fabulous. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable service, good inventory & advice. Prices reasonable. They really know bikes.
I did a lot of business with the previous owners and was very happy with them. When I went in and met the current owners I found them to be very helpful and friendly. I was looking for some head tube spacers and they were out of the size i needed. The mechanic looked in his used parts bin and found me some and the owner gave them to me for a very reasonable price. While waiting my turn I noticed that they were friendly and fair with the other customers. I will definately be returning.
Very fairly priced. Nice stock of parts and accessories all reasonably priced. Amazing service. Turn around on repairs was quick. Some of the best people we meet while traveling.
Bought a number of parts and accessories here - always a pleasant experience and owner is very patient with non hard core riders. Looking for a new ride and will buy here cause the prices are good and it is a shop that I trust will take care of me.
Awesome service today. Owner spent a ton of time with me showing the map of local trails and even recommending other bike shops. I spent $8 on a part and he treated me as a long term customer. I was very impressed with his passion for the sport.
