Second time I’ve been here and I must I’m really disappointed. The first time my shellac chipped after only a couple of days. This time the lady who did my pedicure cut too deep and made my toe bleed, didn’t apologise just quickly told me to put my feet back in the water thinking I didn’t see it. It’s been throbbing since and is now infected and I’m going on holidays in 2 days and just hope it heals in time. Not only that, but there is also a bump/bubble in the shellac on my big toe. My 4th attempt at giving this chop shop another go. I walked in admittedly late afternoon 30 mins before closing. Asked if they had time to remove my old set and do a full set in which they told me yes. 25 mins of a lady ripping at my old nails causing my nails to split and slicing into my nail bed and skin. Only to ask me to come back tomorrow for them to finish. My nails were left bleeding. This is how they let me leave. Absolutely disgusting on their part

Rushed service, incomplete pedicure, really poor job. I’m very non confrontational and it was so uncomfortable to be treated like I was asking for something outrageous with the scoffing, the snarky comments, and the eye rolling for asking that just one nail that was particularly bad be fixed up. Fortunately a new nail place has just opened up in the same centre so I’m keen to make that my new regular

Despite all of the negative reviews I had a positive experience the last 2 times I went (within the last 2 months) I asked for full set acrylic stiletto's (very sharp) and a design on my middle finger on both hands. First time I went I fell in love with the nails and the place, I came back a second time to get them again, obviously getting the same thing twice is never going to be the same but still a great place (in my opinion)
