Disgusting service, rude, incomplete service ,crooked french nails and white came off & chipped within hour, completly spoiled the treat for a special occasion. Will never recomend or go there again. Couldn't post without a star - no stars from me

I have been going to this salon for a couple of years for nail and eyelash extensions. The team here are absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond service. The amount of times, they have had to deal with rude customer's waning service "Now" knowing they are absolutely busy. They are still polite and manage to fit them in. 5 Star 🌟 rated.
Second time I’ve been here and I must I’m really disappointed. The first time my shellac chipped after only a couple of days. This time the lady who did my pedicure cut too deep and made my toe bleed, didn’t apologise just quickly told me to put my feet back in the water thinking I didn’t see it. It’s been throbbing since and is now infected and I’m going on holidays in 2 days and just hope it heals in time. Not only that, but there is also a bump/bubble in the shellac on my big toe. My 4th attempt at giving this chop shop another go. I walked in admittedly late afternoon 30 mins before closing. Asked if they had time to remove my old set and do a full set in which they told me yes. 25 mins of a lady ripping at my old nails causing my nails to split and slicing into my nail bed and skin. Only to ask me to come back tomorrow for them to finish. My nails were left bleeding. This is how they let me leave. Absolutely disgusting on their part
