Continuously stated he did not receive my employment verification via email, despite my employer sending it multiple times. Became pretty difficult to work with so I decided to work with another lender even after Mr. Len Padilla ran my credit. If I could give 0 stars, that would be a better fit. Go somewhere else.
Looking for someone knowledgeable, prompt, efficient? Mr. Padilla is the answer. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Answers any questions or concerns and explains in a matter anyone can understand. Goes above and beyond with his customer service and follow ups. Very pleased with all my experiences and would highly recommend!
I have used Len multiple times for new properties and refinancing. Excellent experience each time, always smooth sailing. Further, he ALWAYS finds a solution! Excellent problem solver. Highly recommend.
