These guys are amazing. They're professional and friendly. I would not take my business anywhere else.
The person on the counter Jasline answering the phone is awful, she told me we had until 4:30 to get to the office and my husband got there on time and they didn’t want to help him! Then when I call the office the lady answer and with a laugh told me we won’t help you, what kind of business is this where they have no respect for the customer awful service I don’t recommend them at all, so unprofessional!
The place is awful the lady on the counter is so unprofessional her name is Jasline so rude and she will give you wrong information and when you call her back to ask why she give you the wrong information she start laughing! What kind of business is that! I don’t recommend it at all!
If you go here don’t have your taxes done by the guy. He filed my taxes incorrectly twice and messed up everything for me. I’m beyond upset because I trusted this company so much, but that trust has been lost. I am now needing to fix errors that he made and I’m paying the price for it. I will be going somewhere else unfortunately. My only issue is with him. I only hope no one else runs into the same situation.
