Lemonlight was great to work with. They asked the right questions so we had a great plan going into video creation and the entire process was seamless. And the final product was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend.
In my honest opinion, this level of service and communication can be obtained for $200–300 in many international markets, yet they charged over $6,500 with poor responsiveness and no actual delivery. UPDATE: After posting this review and escalating the matter to the client, the remaining balance was resolved and payment was received within 24 hours. I appreciate that the issue was ultimately corrected. I hope future communication and payment processing are smoother. Our minor child worked on a commercial produced by Lemonlight.
