Extremely Disappointed Unreliable Delivery & No Support I had guests coming over and ordered some bakery items through LemonHat, expecting timely delivery. Not only was the order not delivered on time, but there was also zero communication no chat response, no phone call, no response at all. It completely messed up my plans and left me scrambling at the last minute. It’s been days and I’m still waiting for a proper update or refund. The service is unprofessional and unreliable.

Tatva grocery store has all expired or very old stuff. They dont give proper replacement for out of stock items. They just do stock clearance of what they have.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I had ordered a cake from a local bakery - Butter & Rose. This was for my husband's birthday and my first mother's day celebration. They ended up delivering to the incorrect address, could not contact or reach back to the incorrect address and my day ended up getting ruined. It has been 10 days, the status of my order says that the money has been refunded (the least they could do) but I have am having to chase them down only to get a refund. Absolute worst experience !
