My dad was assigned to Mr Lemongello through his Allstate insurance. Prior, my dad had been passed around from one to the other all through Allstate. To the other three attorneys my dad was just a piece of paper and a file number. We had reached our tolerance and my dad insisted that he meet the next Attorney now assigned in person and that is Daniel. I spoke to Daniel yesterday about a car accident lawsuit I’m facing. He was straightforward, very respectful and knowledgeable of what he was talking about.

Dan Lemongello is a hired corrupt attorney who works for Insurance company Allstate to lie cheat file false pleading suppressing documents to further injure those whom have already been injured by his clients. He with corrupt Dr. Jaroleum suppressed concealed documents to further injure those already injured and should be prosecuted for his Fraud Upon the Court Abuse of Process. The evil he does should only come back to him.
