Absolutely amazing experience. Rachel was so friendly from the beginning. I had no idea what all I was paying for. This was not just a facial. Although the facial was very detailed. It included face massage, arms and hands massage, shoulder massage, and head massage. It was hard to stay awake because it was so relaxing. Walked out with a glowing face too. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend for all those deserving mommas out there!

I get Botox from Courtney & she does an amazing job keeping me flawless. They are so friendly & have a very cute & clean establishment. They are great with discussing things you want to accomplish with your beauty goals. I just adore this med spa. They provide so many great services & always make you feel so welcomed! Plus my Botox stays great for so long! Highly recommend.
I went in for the teeth whitening and will be going back for more services for sure! I was able to easily book online, which was super easy, & get an appointment quickly. The staff is super friendly & informative, I felt like I was with friends. The teeth whitening was quick & easy with no down time. I only had a tiny bit of sensitivity for a few hours. Great business addition to the area!
It’s great to have a professional medical spa in Boyd. Lemon + Leigh offers so many wonderful procedures that are easy to schedule. I had laser coolpeel and have seen fine lines and wrinkles diminish. The IV hydration has been a god send to me as I continue to battle an intestinal problem. Courtney is gentle and caring and truly cares about her customers.
