They provided me hope when Ram was useless. I was strung along for about a year, with limited to no communication except for annoying texts. I finally heard from them that they can't get Ram to settle so they are dropping me as a client because they do not want to litigate at their expense. In other words, I regret ever having hiring them, even though it cost me nothing but my time.

I have been waiting patiently for a very long time and my case hasn’t made any progress. Last time I spoke with my case handler and the lawyer. They stated that they will reach out to dealership since manufacturers are filing for bankruptcy. I haven’t received any communication or documentation that the law office made on my behalf to manufacturer or dealership. Very unprofessional and I have now been assigned to three different case handlers over the past one year.

Don't go with this guys, they will waste your time and you will not get any results, I had case open thru them for Hyundai Ioniq 5 for dead battery issue, they sat on it for more than 7 months and finally dismissed my case saying Hyundai is not responding to them. They will not reply to your emails or phone calls, as well as they will not provide you with the requested documents. Avoid like a plague as it looks like they work more for car companies rather than you.

Total scam. Claimed to take my case, waited 2 months for the car company to refuse to settle out of court, then refused to file the suit. I told them before they started working with us that the car company had already refused to settle and shared the letter from the car company. Clearly just looking for free money wins and not willing to actually do the work to represent you.
