DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! Tell you that you have a great case and the do the easy work upfront. First signs of resistance from FCA, RAM they drop you. My truck was in the shop for over 30 days straight not to mention all the other times. Asked them why they dropped me they first told me because my warranty was out. When in fact i still had 25000 miles left. Then they said that i still have to many miles!!! They new my miles when they took the case. Please don’t contact or hire these attorneys. They will ROB you, they will STEAL your money. They will LIE to you about their services. First they promised us we will get a buyback because there’s repairs done to our vehicle. Then they came back and offered us $5,000 a settlement that the manufacturer offered, HOWEVER they will charge $3,000 so they want us and forcing us and even hung up and wouldn’t let us talk because they want us to accept to take $2,000 and they keep $3,000 because the attorney is “pressuring us” to acc... read more

Almost 3 years into the process. Had to get one of the partners involved to even get a status update. She was on the ball, then communication stopped again. It’s been just shy of a month since I’ve had any contact. No response to emails.

My experience has been similar to ****'s (03/06/20) and ***** * (1/31/20). I now refer to them as Easy Money. When I originally called and explained my issues with my car, they couldn't have been more reassuring that Infiniti would buy back my vehicle based on the many times in the shop for an issue that they were unable to resolve...."Oh you'll probably have this settled within 45 to 60 days and they will certainly repurchase the car". Mucho cuidado con esta firma....te dicen que no te cobran y al final pretenden quedarse con el 60% del trato al que lleguen , solo para favorecerse ellos....y si no aceptas....te amenazan con llevarte a juicio por no colaborar

I've been holding off on this for as long as possible, but I can wait no longer. My experience has been an absolute nightmare. Initially, communication was good and the staff seemed friendly. Then we got to about a year into the case and communication basically ceased. I couldn't get anyone on the phone, emails and voicemails went unanswered for weeks. We had a Pretrial conference date for December 19. They was cancelled by them without my authorization or approval. The reason given was "we have this settled". I still, 3 mon... read more

They led me on for 2 and 1/2 months just to find out nothing was done. Lemon law group this law is not willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer gets their compensation for what they deserve. They do the least amount of work just to get a settlement so they can get paid and the customer gets screwed.
