My recent four day Joshua Tree Yoga Retreat was filled with positive healing and creative energy. The days were filled with opportunities for personal growth: yoga, qigong, breathwork, jacuzzi, art projects, journaling, hiking, sound bath, day spa, local shopping plus Chef prepared fresh vegan meals and a massage. Her natural gifts and skills for teaching and healing are undeniable present, as evidences by the energy, vibe and teachers at LG. Loved going here. All the teachers and massage therapists are amazing. I especially love Sarah's relaxation focused massages, Jennifer's Healing Flow Yoga, and Aysha's Yang and Yin Yoga. Highly recommend going to the studio!
The yoga instructors are very skilled and helpful. They have a wide variety of classes available. The massage therapists are absolutely wonderful and healing
So happy to have this yoga space in Lemon Grove that creates a welcoming environment for all. I always leave here feeling relieved and at peace. Irene will sprinkle in laughter, jokes, deep meditation , singing, encouragement & all the good things! It’s seriously like she knows what every class needs no matter the group. She truly loves what she does and it shows!
