I have been going to Lemon Grove Massage And Yoga for four years now. I love the variety of the classes and teachers and Irene the owner really has a knack for choosing excellent massage therapists as well. I had the good fortune to go to the Palm Springs Yoga retreat and it far exceeded my expectations. Irene has a talent for creating a community wherever she goes and this retreat was no exception. Very gentle and friendly classes, the teachers are nice and I have fun going to exercise.
Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Lemon Grove Yoga and Massage. I was looking for relief for a pulled muscle and found this small business near my home on social media. Response from their website was quick, and I was able to get an appointment within 24hrs. Irene immediately pin pointed the muscle that was causing me issues and I felt immediate relief after the massage. My recent four day Joshua Tree Yoga Retreat was filled with positive healing and creative energy. The days were filled with opportunities for personal growth: yoga, qigong, breathwork, jacuzzi, art projects, journaling, hiking, sound bath, day spa, local shopping plus Chef prepared fresh vegan meals and a massage.
