So happy to have this yoga space in Lemon Grove that creates a welcoming environment for all. I always leave here feeling relieved and at peace. Irene will sprinkle in laughter, jokes, deep meditation , singing, encouragement & all the good things! It’s seriously like she knows what every class needs no matter the group. She truly loves what she does and it shows!
Loved the deep stretch on Fridays with Irene. I found this class on class pass. Recommend

Irene’s Breath Empowerment class is an expansive and healing experience. Everyone should try it at least once!
