Jerry was very helpful and very accommodating to fit me exactly as I needed... I know I can be a pain with my fit, as most serious riders can be. He took the time to make everything as close to perfect as possible. It was a great chat hanging around while getting it all set up. Came here once to get my jogging double stroller tires fixes and the service was great. I did indeed called recently and it seems they became pretty picky about the services they offer, specially if your bike is not for profesional racing. Anyways the person that I talked on the phone recommended me other bike shops.

If you are not spending 10K on one of their overpriced bikes they won't help you without a great deal of resistance. They belong on the eastside.
