I dont like how some people were fired since we started getting extra pay just so christine family can work there and the care..from those aides.smh. it makes sense that adminstration scolds ppl and suspends people for trying to stand up for themselves...hope the board of health comes here.!!
I have been a consultant at Leland for the past three years. I have worked at many facilities and this is my favorite. The staff is warm and loving and the activities program is great! Leland takes a number of governmental programs so no one is ever turned away because of an inability to pay. I can't say enough great things about Leland!
