The property that I live in that this company manages is a complete mess and a disaster they refuse to fix anything or do any kind of improvements. The have done very little to a property that's over 20 year's old and needs major improvements. Basically they take the rent and do nothing to fix anything. Broken gates exposed wires, bees nests all over the property. Cops are here all the time. Parking lot lights go out all the time so noone can see and its a hazard. Lawns never mowed pool is a mess.
