We were mailed samples of the fabrics we wanted and ones they recommended...after that they confirmed what we chose (Bensen Endless) would fit in our space - after we placed the order, communication from the sales team was appreciated as they provided updates from the manufacturing, to the delivery and their in home delivery was very professional.
