Terrible Customer Service and Sales! I went for a test ride a week ago, Tom was there to greet me. I was happy with the test ride and decided to think about it for a couple days. He told me that it is better to give them a call and order from them directly, so that they can prepare the bike and the accessories. 27 Jan 2026 Entry- Daughters eBike got loose screw on front wheel, so it silently, fell off. Took the bike on hot 38 Celsius to Melbourne Lekker shop, and within short time, service man (gentle Italian) provided replacement screw & washer!!! :.: Now that is a great sign for eXcelent trust in LeKKeR bicycles!!! Ordered the Jordaan Urban 8 speed - brilliant bike. When it arrived (Western Australia) there were scratches on the chain guard. Contacted Lekker (Tom) and a new guard was posted within an hour. Faultless service and highly recommended.

I recently purchased a lekker bike in Melbourne - jumping out of gears so emailed support for guidance and if there was a bike shop we could get help. I was sent a print out on how to adjust the problem- problem continued twice - sent an email asking if could get support as bike barely ridden and less than 6 months old - also it is under warranty- then advised to take to bike shop and warranty is only if proven that there was. fault in the bike.
