I recently purchased a lekker bike in Melbourne - jumping out of gears so emailed support for guidance and if there was a bike shop we could get help. I was sent a print out on how to adjust the problem- problem continued twice - sent an email asking if could get support as bike barely ridden and less than 6 months old - also it is under warranty- then advised to take to bike shop and warranty is only if proven that there was. fault in the bike. Bought two Lekker Jordan GTS EBikes from the North Melbourne depot 28 Months ago.. The bikes are great but one of them hasn't been usable for over 2 months now due to a faulty display/ control. I reported the fault and was asked to send photos of the faulty control and then more photos even though l had swapped the control between the two bikes and proven that the unit was the problem. I'm changing my rating from 5 stars to 4. I really like the design of the Lekker Jordaan bikes (I have three!), with simple 3 speed hub gears, mudguards, back rack etc included and an upright riding position, with swept back handlebars. However, there are quality issues. I had to have the brakes replaced on two bikes, and today I had all the spokes replaced on the rear wheel of one bike, as they kept breaking.
