The worst place ever experienced. Firstly I booked for the whole body for 90 minutes and only received neck and back treatment . I have employment insurance on my own but was told that I cannot use it upon the payment, not prior to the treatment. More outrageous thing is that I got blamed by front desk by not telling I have insurance when I came into store. BTW their massager would not stop when I complained and screamed about the pain. This is literally THE WORST place!
Amazing. The staff are professional, friendly, and the place is always very clean and welcoming. Their prices are reasonable, and having RMT services available by appointment is a huge plus. Helen, Bubble, and Michelle are always our go-to team, they consistently provide excellent service and make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!
