customer The store has been in business for over 20 years; as long as I've been in Wilmington. 'Kudos' to the Owners for their friendly and top notch small business. The customer with the chip on her shoulder should contact the manufacturer of the product - who would more likely be responsible for the warranty.
Leisure World: awful customer service I thought this would have been a reputable store. However, the product I bought (over $200 fire pit) completely fell apart within days of setting outside on patio. I mean, just crumbled as you touched it. I incorrectly assumed they would give me either a full refund or full credit or even an exchange. They smugly refused any refund and only offered $40 store credit on a $200+ item!!! nice furniture Excellent experience over the weekend here. A very relaxed customer service, which I enjoy. I do not like sales people up in my face as I'm trying to look. They seem to sell some of the highest quality brands at a very fair price.
