Another snow disaster in the village. By-Laws state they shovel driveways sidewalks. Never happen they can not get to half the people. Association fees go up to the roof and they continue to have no control over how to do anything. By far the worse and sorriest development managers ever. Summer is the same. Grass cutting horrible. Outside of the homes need power washing never happens. Give us our maintenance fees back. Delivering fuel
Live here 12 years. Roof covered in maintenance fee. Multiple active leaks in ceiling 3 years. Finally replaced roof. Maintenance fee has been raised every year in spite of closing pools and clubhouse for 2 years during covid. They also said they covered windows when I moved there. That changed. Can't recommend.
