43 homes for sale at this present time. People are moving out. Association Fees are ridiculous and they do nothing. Greed and they concern themselves with a dog park over making sure the outside of the homes are taken care of. They need an administrative over haul. Everyone that comes I. maintenance...very poor!
Not too happy living here. Lots of CRAZY things are going on there!!!
I've been here 12 years and have no complaints. Whenever I've needed Maintenance, they've come within a few days at most. The grounds are clean and maintained and the flowers that bloom every Spring and Summer are a delight.
