Absolutely discussing customer service, I was abused and sworn at over the phone by the “owner” Steve !! We were told our boat would be delivered by the next week of picking up then it got changed 3 times. Don’t recive a call to inform us, we had to call them. They also destroyed our trailer and refuse to take responsibility, now we are having to pay more money to have our boat delivered to us because they refuse to deliver our boat to us as after we have already paid for this then to deliver.
