Avoid this place. Purchased a theatre screen for $1,350 + GST. The product remains completely unopened in its original packaging. I dealt directly with Scott, who operates both Roseboom Audio and Leisure Lounges. The soundbar component was quoted/sourced through Roseboom Audio, which publishes a return policy. This review is about the business Leisure lounges. We are not a customer but rather a supplier. We manufactured cartons for Leisure lounges months ago. Scott has had no interest in paying his bills . We are a family owned manufacturer and businesses like this really hurts us. We have reached out so many times and we get lies , ignorance and a couldn’t care less attitude. Friendly and professional service.
Exceptional service, exceptional quality. I had a very difficult & specific design required for a 2 tier movie theatre. Scott was exceptional from start to finish. Assisting in not only perfecting the design but finding the idea fabric in the ideal colour. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott and his team. Very obliging, very accommodating.
