We have a very close friend that lives here and for the monthly fee they do not take care of their residents. His room smells like sewer so bad we cannot even stay in his room for a visit. (They say they can't smell anything when they went to check it out) He has 3 coats on to stay warm and they do not even give their residents their rent rebate! We are looking for another placement for him. Do not put a loved one here. They are only taking money and ignoring the residents!
