One of them was very rude on the phone. They called me, but they hung up without any message as I answered. They refused a video interpreter and hung up. I am deaf and commonly call anyone on a video phone through a video interpreter. I called back and he hung up on me. I had to call back to know what went on with my order. I tried to explain why we needed a video interpreter. He spoke too quickly, but I asked him to text me on my correct mobile number for clarification.

This stuff is just not worth the price tag. It feels like RC Wiley looking furniture at a Restoration Hardware price. It gives older generation vibes (nothing wrong with that). If you’re going to charge $13,000 for an outdoor sofa it better be incredibly unique and so comfortable. They were having a Labor Day sale, but the prices were really confusing. The guy who helped us was nice enough, but really not that helpful. We were in and out pretty quick. We ended up at Living Spaces in Draper and their selection was much better... read more
