We did not originally want to move into a 55 adult community. We are so glad we found Leisure Knoll. The location is ideal. Close to Shopping and restaurants in nearby Toms River. A 25 minute drive to the beach is great if you love the beach like my wife and I do. This year, 2025, we will have a brand new heated pool! There are so many indoor and outdoor activities to do. If you're bored here it's probably your fault! lol. Most of the people here are very friendly. Its a great place to live!
I love living here. Lots of activities for my parents, great community of people and the dogs in the community are just the friendliest. Helps when everyone is happy.🥰
This is a miserable place to live. There are lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and other constant noise every single day. It is impossible to relax with constant banging and blowers. Residents are obsessed with their lawns and can hire their own services on top of the one provided so there isn't a single day without heavy machinery. Several new speed bumps placed in awkward spots which causes more banging outside of several houses and prohibits ambulances from getting in and out effectively. I had a horrible experience that left me in tears due to one office employee on 9/7/23 around 12p. I had a contract on 26 Banbury Ave. The attorney pulled the Title, the Home Inspector was hired for 9/11, and I had questions about the HOA. I never lived with an HOA. I stated my intent was to speak to office about the HOA. Also that I had a contract on 26 Banbury Ave. I had been to Crestwood IV's HOA office and was received with warmth, kindness, and patience.
