Summary: Either the product we bought from them was faulty or the installation was too aggressive (cracking a bunch of the wood at the screw points), and the promises to resolve have not been backed up. In fact they have been embarrassingly dodgy. We were promised repair at installation, then again 6 months later, and after 16 months they have still been ghosting us as our play set gets less and less functional. I bought a backyard playset for my kids and when the guys showed up to do the install he informed me I went too big and the slides were going to end on the concrete, meaning my kids could get seriously hurt. James’ #1 concern was my kids and their safety. He told me it was my decision if I still wanted him to build it he would, but he said he just wouldn’t sleep right or without worrying what might happen to the kids (that he hadn’t even met). On September 5, 2023, I contracted with Leisure Installs (Playground Equipment) to build a treated wood platform and assemble a Lifetime Shed (8X5) in my backyard. On September 20, 2023 the team came perform the work. They used untreated wood for the frame. I complained and they changed to treated 4X4's. They completed the assembly and the doors were out of alignment, so the owner quickly blamed it on Lifetime Sheds Product. Had a 6x4 shed assembled and a stone platform put down. They did a great job and really knew what they were doing. Pretty much a 4 hour job which is what I expected.

I bought a playground set for my sons from Costco, taking advantage of a great price. I looked over the install process, and realized I was in over my head. I did a google search to see if there was anyone that did this work, which led me here. Jakob's crew showed up at 8am, and finished the work by noon, and it looks great. One happy child enjoyed it an hour later! I highly recommend this service!
