Do not recommend shopping here. Purchased a bag online and tried to cancel the order within a few hours (extremely apologetic and explaining the circumstances). It was on the weekend so the order was not shipped or otherwise processed / there was still another one of the same item available on the website for another customer to purchase. Even so, I was only offered a credit note valid for 1 year despite explaining the financial circumstances. No humanity shown and contact from the business has been very slow.
